Refund & Order Policy

All Jeep Off Road Adventures items are made to order. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Quality Issues

If your item arrives with a print error, defect, or visible quality issue, we’ll replace it or issue a refund.

  • Issues must be reported within 10 days of delivery

  • Please include clear photos of the issue and your order number

  • Photos should be taken on a flat, well-lit surface

Submit all requests through our contact form for the fastest resolution.

Returns & Exchanges

Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or sizing-related returns.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or edited before production begins using the link in your order confirmation email. Once production starts, cancellations are not guaranteed.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for verified quality issues. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
